At Eklore, each piece is thoughtfully created with a blend of natural fibers and handcrafted details. Most of our garments are made-to-order, allowing us to reduce waste and work sustainably.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 working days.
Delivery Time (India)
Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹3000
- Standard shipping rates apply below this threshold
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer partial COD for your convenience.
An additional charge of ₹200 is applicable.
This helps us cover logistics costs as a small, independent brand.
International Shipping
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and customs clearance.
Custom duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
All orders will require a signature upon receipt.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched.
Returns Policy
We follow a conscious, small-batch production model,
so all requests are handled case-by-case with care.
Size Exchanges
If you need a different size:
- A pickup & shipping fee of ₹199 will be applicable
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact
Defective / Damaged Items
We take strict quality control seriously. However, if something isn't right:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the product & packaging
- A brief explanation
If approved: We will arrange a free pickup and exchange.
Important Note
Items will not be eligible for exchange or return if damage is caused due to:
• Customer handling • Misuse • Washing or improper care • Normal wear and tear
Non-Returnable Categories
- Bralettes, bodysuits, and intimate styles are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable
- Custom-made pieces are final sale
- Sale items are final sale
Custom Orders
We offer custom sizing and design modifications.
If your size is out of stock, you can pick the custom option from our size selector and fill in your measurements.
The design will be made to order as per your measurements.

Once approved: A payment link will be shared via official Eklore email.
Orders will be processed after payment confirmation.
Please note: We will never ask for payment via calls, messages, or unofficial channels.
Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds as most pieces are made-to-order.
In approved cases: Exchanges or store credit may be issued.
Return Shipping Terms (If Approved)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless defective)
- Items must be sent back in original condition, with tags intact
- We recommend using tracked shipping
- Eklore is not liable for lost or delayed returns
