Custom Sizing & Made to Order

At Eklore, we believe clothing should feel personal, intentional, and made to last. As a slow fashion label, we work through limited drops and thoughtful quantities, using responsible production methods and selected up-cycled materials wherever possible. This helps us reduce waste and create pieces more consciously.

Custom Sizing – How It Works

On selected products, you will find a Custom Size option available alongside our standard sizes. This feature allows you to enter your personalised measurements and place an order tailored to your fit.

You may use the Custom Size option if your preferred size is out of stock, not listed, or if you would like a more personalised fit. The Custom Size option will only appear on styles currently available for custom production.

Once your order is placed, our team will begin preparing your piece according to the measurements submitted. As each garment is specially made, custom size orders generally take 10–15 business days to ship. You will receive updates regarding your order during the process.

For the most accurate fit, we recommend referring to our Size Guide before submitting your measurements.

Please note that custom-sized orders are specially made for you and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item received. You can read more in our Shipping & Returns policy.

As a slow fashion label producing in smaller batches rather than mass quantities, custom sizing allows us to create according to real demand, minimise unnecessary inventory, and offer a more thoughtful shopping experience.

Made to Order

We also accept select Made to Order requests for customers looking for something unique or personalised.

This may include statement pieces, occasion wear, one-off garments, style modifications (add sleeves, adjust neckline, etc), small bulk orders, customised concepts, or pieces created using available up-cycled and reclaimed materials.

Every made-to-order request is reviewed individually based on design complexity, materials, timeline, and feasibility.
